RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please notify us within 7 days of purchase.

We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing that it has not been used and is in the same condition as when you bought it. In the case where the products are one offs, such as an original painting, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. In this instance we will offer a similar product where we can or a full refund, providing the returned goods purchased have not been damaged and are in the same condition as when first purchased.

Unfortunately post and packaging costs are non refundable and we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost. If returning a product please retain proof of posting, you can ask for a free certificate of postage at the Post Office. Post and Packaging for returns are the resposibility of the purchaser.
