RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please notify us within 30 days of purchase via email at info@nicolajanerabbett.com or via the contact form on the contact page.

We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing that it has not been used and it is in the same condition as when you purchased it and is still in it's original packaging. In the case where the products are one offs, such as an original painting, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. In this instance we will offer a similar product where we can or a full refund. For unwanted items, please note that we cannot issue a full refund or replacment, until the original goods purchased have been returned and received.

If returning an unwanted product, please retain proof of posting, as we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost in the post. Please ask for a free certificate of postage at any Post Office. We ask that postage and packaging costs for returning any unwanted items are covered by the purchaser.

If an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us via email at: info@nicolajanerabbett.com or via the contact form on the contact page within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please include a description of the problem with your order, together with photographs of the product damage. Once these have been reviewed, we will notify you by email to let you know whether your return has been accepted. If the damage is significant and the product is unusable, you will not be required to return the goods. We will however cover the cost of shipping any faulty goods that need to be returned to us. Once a return or refund has been accepted, you may choose either a replacment of the item purchased or a full refund. This will be credited to you via your original payment method or if you choose a replacment, a new item will be shipped to you at no extra cost within 7 working days from the return being accepted.

Final sale items are non refundable.
